All is in hand, you will have been introduced to your personal contact from Serenity and you will have a direct telephone number for you and your family to use. Our team are here to help you and your family at this difficult time and will take over all organisational matters for you. You simply tell us your requests and concerns and we will do the rest.
Within our early conversations with you, we will establish the location of your loved one and immediate arrangements will be made to ensure that your loved one is taken into the immediate care of a more suitable environment, until the funeral is held.
Your personal Serenity contact will, having established your needs and location, evaluate the best, most cost efficient Funeral Director for you. All the time we are working, you can grieve in peace. Once we have chosen an appropriate funeral director for your personal needs, we will call you and arrange a time and date
suitable to you, for the funeral director to visit. From this point on, they will handle the direct Funeral responsibilities and will advise us of all of the additional services you may require. Serenity will be your eyes and ears at all times.
You will not have to worry about the day to day arrangements or who you have to pay. It is only after the funeral service has taken place that we will forward our invoice to you. This will be the only one you will receive, and we can assure you that there will be NO extra charges for our personal services. |
