Serenity maintains a 24 hour service and we have live councillors ready to take your call at any time, day or night. The person you first speak to at Serenity will be your dedicated personal contact from start to finish, think of them as that friend who you need to turn to to help relieve some of your burden.
When all the arrangements have been made and the funeral has taken place, your personal contact will call you once more to ensure that everything went as you had hoped and will check that you received the help you needed from all the people you had contact with.
It is perfectly normal to have questions and require further assistance after the Funeral has taken place so rest assured that we will still be there for you. |
